I am an accomplished multimedia journalist who has four years of experience writing, shooting, editing, reporting, interviewing, and being in front of the camera.

I have interned for Beyoncé’s company Parkwood Entertainment, The Boston Globe, ESPN The Undefeated, The New York Times Institute, New Orleans Channel 6 (WDSU) among other local and national media organizations.

I am equipped with the tools to cover sports, metro news, entertainment, general assignment, crime, and courts. From covering important events like NFL games to being the first to interview former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan, David Duke, in the middle of a protest that gained 10k views online. Later in my career, I interviewed Michael Brown’s mother who shared what would have been like if her son was still alive to attend college.

As a Boston native, the ability to cover another city provides me with a different perspective on the lives of communities across the country. While earning my bachelor’s degree in multimedia at Xavier University in New Orleans, I covered stories that watched this city find life again with every shout from the crowd during sporting events.

In ways, I am a microphone to the voiceless. There are so many stories out in the world, waiting to be told and I can’t wait to help elevate and share them.
